Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: Delivery is within 48hrs from ordering – not including weekends – and you will receive an email in the morning letting you know when your order is on the way.

A: All frozen products must go into the freezer once received.

A: We currently deliver throughout Northern Johannesburg, including: Sandton, Rivonia, Bryanston, Rosebank, Killarney, Fourways, Randburg, Northcliff, Northriding, Kyalami, Houghton, Westcliff, Parkview and all areas between those.

Q: Can I request delivery days or times? A: Yes, there is a section on the checkout page that allows you to leave a note which we will see when your order comes through.
Q: Can I change my order once I have made payment? A: If your order is not yet en-route you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if we can assist you.
Q: Can I pay via EFT if I do not feel comfortable putting in my card details? A: Yes, Pay Fast (our payment gateway) allows for card payments, zapper or EFT.
